Through our work in Singapore, we have gained practical experience in managing shared homes, from selecting suitable properties and setting clear expectations to overseeing daily operations with care and accountability.
We believe that the quality of shared living lies in the details. The choice of property, how it is maintained and how it is managed all influence residents’ comfort, promote fairness and clarity, and help create an environment where people can live well together.
Building on this experience, we want to explore better ways of living together. By working with residents, property owners, community organisations and other partners, we aim to create housing that is thoughtfully managed, welcoming and responsive to people’s needs, particularly those who may be underserved by mainstream housing options.

Where We Are Today
Since 2022, Lavish Haven has been operating shared homes in Singapore. Through our day to day operations, we have gained practical experience and a deeper understanding of the needs of shared living and the demands of managing homes effectively.
This experience has given us a practical foundation for refining our operations and deepening our understanding of how shared living can be better managed to meet the needs of different residents.
Who We Hope to Work With
We believe better housing solutions begin with listening to the people and communities they are designed to serve. We welcome conversations with residents, property owners, community organisations, public-sector bodies and others who share our interest in creating housing that is thoughtfully managed, welcoming and responsive to people’s needs.
Looking Ahead
Our work began in Singapore, where we continue to learn from residents, property owners and the communities around our homes. These experiences shape how we think about shared living and inform our exploration of how our approach might translate to different contexts and housing needs.
Taiwan is the first market we are researching beyond Singapore. We are exploring opportunities for community-oriented housing that could support people working in education, care and other community-facing roles. Our approach is grounded in research and local engagement, with a focus on understanding housing needs, local practices and potential partnerships before determining whether and how to proceed.
We welcome conversations with organisations in Taiwan that share an interest in thoughtful housing solutions and would like to explore potential areas of collaboration.
