Lavish Haven is a Singapore based residential operator managing a focused portfolio of shared homes. We oversee tenancy arrangements, property upkeep and day to day operations, providing residents and property owners with a clear point of accountability.
That means there is a clear point of contact when something needs attention. Each room is prepared for incoming residents according to an established process, rather than on an ad hoc basis. When a tenancy begins or ends, both parties know what to expect because the terms and procedures are clearly set out in advance.
Our Story
Lavish Haven was incorporated in 2022. We saw an opportunity to bring greater consistency and structure to shared housing, with clearer tenancy arrangements and more organised day to day operations.
Since then, we have focused on managing our homes responsibly and refining our operating processes to provide a more consistent experience for residents, rather than pursuing growth for its own sake.
